Open Heated GRANITE TOP Merchandisers
Rotisol offers a unique concept of fully open merchandisers with heated granite countertops. This new concept created a dramatic presentation and the smooth heat of the granite allows maintaining hot food attractive for hours on.

Available in full-serve and self-serve, the EVOLUTION line comes in a wide variety of sizes and angles with several finishes and options to choose from.
Features:
  • Patented heating system creates a uniform and smooth heat under the surface of the granite.
     
  • Electronic temperature setting of the granite, thanks to the thermostatic temperature probe inserted ¾” inside the granite. The granite accumulates calories during the heating of the fabric and radiates them as the fabric switches itself off.
     
  • Independent heating zones thanks to a digital control which can be adjusted to hold the required temperature of your products!
     
  • Ideal heat distribution on the granite without any risk of cold patches.

The average temperature at the heart of the sponges during a 2 hour period varies between 147.9°F (64.4°C) and 152.8°F (67.1°C).  An exemplary stability with 4.9°F (2.7°C) difference between minimum and maximum temperature.

Remember:
< 145.4°F (63°C) = temperature below normal
> 158°F (70°C) = danger of overcooking
